BGB (German Civil Code) remain unaffected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Report a complaint:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Report complaints via your customer account:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><b>Your account \u2192 Your orders \u2192 Notifications. <\/b><b><br \/><\/b>A prepared form is available there for you to clarify problems quickly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important steps for complaints:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Please contact us before returning the goods<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Please do not return the goods without prior agreement. Damage can often be documented by photos and clarified by e-mail.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Returns will only be made on our instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Live animals:<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">On receipt, check that the hive is complete (queen, brood, workers) and in good condition (e.g. injuries, mite infestation).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Report any discrepancies or failures immediately by e-mail to verkauf@antstore.de, including photo documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Transport damage:<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Have external damage to the packaging noted directly by the deliverer. Document the damage photographically and inform us by e-mail at verkauf@antstore.de.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Technical defects<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Report technical problems either to us or directly to the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer via the hotline provided or by e-mail.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">In the event of defects, you are entitled to <strong>rectification, replacement delivery or<\/strong>, If the rectification fails, to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price in accordance with \u00a7 439 BGB.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Incorrect or missing articles:<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check the delivery immediately for correctness and completeness.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">If items are missing or have been mixed up, please let us know so that we can rectify the error immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Exchange\/cancellation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">If you do not like an article, you can return it within the scope of the <strong>statutory right of withdrawal<\/strong> (see below). There are no fees for the refund.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refunds may be refused until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Return of the goods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The consumer bears the costs of the return.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the declaration of cancellation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The consumer is only liable for losses in value if they are due to improper handling that goes beyond the necessary inspection of the condition and function.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We strongly recommend that you use the original packaging when returning sensitive goods such as glass. This is the easiest way to ensure that the packaging is suitable for protecting these materials. Original packaging is often specially designed for the transport of sensitive goods.<\/p>\n<p>If you no longer have the original packaging, it is important that the product is well packed and padded.
