Ziel ist es, den Umweltschutz zu f\u00f6rdern und das Recycling wertvoller Rohstoffe sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>legal obligations for consumers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Entsorgungsverbot im Restm\u00fcll:<\/strong> Alte Elektroger\u00e4te d\u00fcrfen nicht im Restm\u00fcll entsorgt werden.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>R\u00fcckgabepflicht<\/strong>: Verbraucher sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, gebrauchte Elektro- und Elektronikaltger\u00e4te bei kommunalen Sammelstellen (\u00d6RE \u2013 \u00f6ffentliche Entsorgungstr\u00e4ger) oder in geeigneten R\u00fccknahmesystemen zu entsorgen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Schadstoffe und Recycling:<\/strong><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">Old electrical appliances can contain harmful substances that can damage the environment and health if not stored or disposed of properly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\">At the same time, they contain valuable raw materials such as iron, plastic, silver or glass, which can be recycled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3 Which devices are affected?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ElektroG applies to most electrical and electronic appliances that are powered by electricity or electromagnetic fields. These include, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Climate computer<\/li>\n<li>Heating mats and cables<\/li>\n<li>Digital thermometer and hygrometer<\/li>\n<li>Luftbefeuchter (Vernebler)<\/li>\n<li>Ventilator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A complete list of the categories concerned is contained in the current legal directive.<\/p>\n<p><b>4 Labelling of affected devices<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Products that fall under the ElektroG are marked with the symbol of a <strong>durchgestrichenen M\u00fclltonne<\/strong> gekennzeichnet.
